While the battle may rage on between Melbourne and Sydney about which city is better, Times Higher Education has ranked Australian campuses and listed the top 10 most beautiful universities.
Of course, you shouldn’t let something like beauty determine what University to study your MBA at, however, a beautiful campus may change how long you spend on campus.
The List Of The Top 10 Most Beautiful Universities
With representation from Tasmania, Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales, which state wins this battle of beauty?
New South Wales
NSW has 4 of the top 10 most beautiful universities. Sydney University came in at the top spot (number 1), UNSW in number 7, University of New England in Armidale came in at number 8 and the University of Wollongong at number 9.
Victoria
Two mentions include the University of Melbourne (number 3) and Monash University (number 10).
Queensland
The University of Queensland came in at number 2, with the Cloister campus spanning three lakes, an aquatic centre, tennis court and eight athletic ovals.
Tasmania
At number 4, the University of Tasmania was featured in this list for their surrounding beauty and close proximity to beaches, rivers and mountains.
South Australia
The University of Adelaide comes in at number 5, being the third-oldest university and is featured for its Gothic Revival architecture.
Western Australia
The University of Western Australia comes in at number 6, with their “building in the park” design.
