Study Music is generally hit and miss. Review our top channels for music to listen to while studying.

Setting aside the time to focus on your study is one of the most important things to do when completing your MBA, but nobody seems to talk about music choices.

Music has been proven to help ease student stress, so making sure you get the right playlist for your needs is paramount. Without further delay here is our list of top 10 youtube channels to subscribe to and listen to while studying.

With over 1.8 BILLION video views, Yellow Brick Cinema is one of the leading channels people keep coming back to. Videos tend to be created for those people who need background noise and plan to study through the day and the night.  This video is their most popular, with 150m views and sits at a whopping 3 hours.

As MIT suggests 50 minutes with a 10 minute break is the perfect length of study time, Yellow Brick Cinema has enough content for days

Content is split up in three durations.

Quick Revision: 15 minute videos you can listen to while commuting

Study Sessions: These videos tend to be around 30 minutes, which is just perfect for my commute and enough time to go through chapter notes while on the bus.

Deep Study: If you are going to go for a full 60 minute session this could be the right playlist. All videos in this area are 60 minutes as a minimum. I tend to play this as background noise in group assessments. When all group participants realise the music has stopped playing we know we have been tackling a problem for too long and need a break.

While not quiet the typical entrant on this list, if you aren’t interested in classical music as your study options this 2 hour video may be the one for you.

We hope this list of the best study YouTube channels helps you focus.
