The Australian Institue of Management Business School (AIM) is a private education provider and is TEQSA accredited. AIMs Higher Education courses are designed for working professionals who want to study at their own pace.

AIM has a policy designed around Recognition of Prior Learning. This enables those with significant formal or non-formal training to apply to utilise their experience towards a qualification. An RPL application is examined through a short essay and can be applied up to 50% of a qualification (including the MBA).

AIM Business School has announced they are offering their MBA students a gold pass access to a range of short courses designed to increase soft skills.

Currently, there is 1 AIM MBA offered for domestic students only, however international partnerships do exist. The MBA is able to be focused on Human Resource Management and Change Management (through the selection of specific electives).
